Turnabout: An Ace Attorney Musical is a reimagined take on the long-running fan project Turnabout Musical. It is not meant as a replacement or ‘definitive’ take on the original project, but a new interpretation developed independently from PW Musical Productions, and is created and released under the licensing agreement of PWMP’s Production Package.
This new stage adaptation of Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney includes an almost entirely new book, brand-new songs, and adaptational story changes for the theatrical medium and for the enjoyment of both general audiences and Ace Attorney fans. We hope to make it character-driven and emphasize the pathos inherent to the original story without losing its charming tone and light-hearted elements.
The characters and events of the Ace Attorney franchise are the sole intellectual property of CAPCOM; this is a non-profit fan production.
