Spotted on LinkedIn.

Although I love talking about guts, the chapter about death was oddly enough…my favourite to write because it was pure emotion.

I don’t think talking about death is bad. Sure it has the potential to dredge up some awful feelings but it’s important to cultivate an environment where it’s easier to discuss “taboo” things.

When we learn to openly talk about death just as we would a new movie, we can appreciate life a lot more. At least that’s how I feel.

Memento mori, my friends.

People just can’t have fun anymore!

Really wanted to talk to the cashier loudly about the rise of gambling whilst combing my hair and holding my telephone and match sticks during a long sit.

What’s that thing people say - “it’s not the destination, it’s the journey..”

This is basically another form of that.

The “main quest” is just all “side quests”.

It’s the sum total of all the little things you do, the interactions you have that lead you somewhere.

I mean who wants to reach the end anyway? It’s way more fun to keep playing.

Ok so I joked on Instagram that in a post apocalyptic world I would fight monsters with my dog shadow.

Someone asked for a comic book of this..or a set of stories.

I took that seriously.

I got my teeth stuck into some science fiction….Let me introduce you to The adventures of Sir Karan and Shadow the cheese gobbler…

Coffee from a steel cup is magnificent.

If you needed an excuse to keep enjoying coffee - it’s a fermented product, packed with prebiotic fibres (beans) and rich in polyphenols (natural antioxidants).
