Famous folk singer Muhammad Basit Naeemi was born in Saudi Arabia on 1st of January 1989.Currently he is living in D I Khan. His academic qualification is graduation. He is interested in both folk and classical singing.The singer who inspired him to adopt this profession is the legend Ustaad Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. His music teachers are Sahibzada Muhammad Naeem,Khalid Mahmood and Akhtar Muneer belonging to D I Khan, Bhakar and Piplan( Mianwali) respectively. His music span from beginning till now is 15 years and he has created 25 albums during this period.His hit songs are Aa Asaday Hal Sajnran Daikh Wanj , Kamla yaar taa wat yaar hondin , Hunr alwainda nai and Medi shan dhola.
