Today’s #FeatureFriday is of a new diorama!🚂
A current work in progress, the TT:120 diorama allows for different models and buildings to be added and changed with ease.
Chris said: “I wanted something I could adapt and have a range or locos and rolling stock on at a time. I went for TT:120 scale so I could get as much as possible on the diorama.
I’ve created a lower-level area with 4 tracks, and then a higher level that includes two station platforms.”
The other side of the diorama includes some space for Chris to add a pub and some buildings too.
“I like the idea of being able to change the area and space depending on what I have. There’s still lots to do, and I’m a long way off finished but I’m enjoying the process – it’s a great hobby!”
It’s interesting to see a diorama in the making! A great option for those who don’t have the space for a full layout. We look forward to seeing it develop.
