Ever feel dizzy or sense some degree of imbalance when driving on a highway next to pylon barriers? What about driving over a narrow bridge or through a narrow tunnel? Or what about watching a movie showing a point-of-view roller coaster? Such visually triggered dizziness affects everybody to some degree, but for most, is minor and brief... but for others, can be debilitating. In fact so debilitating that walking down a supermarket aisle may be very difficult if not impossible without becoming dizzy! For those debilitated by such visually triggered vertigo, optokinetic training can be very helpful!

Throat cancer diagnosis has been slowly increasing for younger and younger adults with the advent of HPV triggered squamous cell carcinoma. Indeed, HPV throat cancer is now more common than cancer due to smoking and drinking, especially for those younger than 55 years.
