I actually feel bad for guys who are still only on Xbox. You have to miss out on some of the best games of the year while simultaneously getting some of the worst first party (formerly) exclusive content in the industry. Now the only promise Microsoft has for Xbox owners is that you can rent your games instead of buying them and that is somehow supposed to make you glad you bought a Xbox Series X over a PS5 all while more 3rd party games skip your console due to technical issues related to a budget pseudo next gen console or simply because Microsoft has conditioned people to just not buy games in general so it isn’t worth porting them over. As someone who wasted thousands on my Xbox digital library I know your pain. The constant lies and inept leadership has destroyed a once great platform.

Space Marine 2 is ironically one of the most cinematic games ever made while hardly ever taking you out of the drivers seat. On a minute by minute basis there are constant spectacles and set pieces happening all around you that you the player not only get to play an active role in, but only add onto the already amazing combat experience. Space Marine 2 is a Gamer’s Game that feels like the complete antithesis of “Modern Gaming”. If you love the Xbox 360 era of gaming, BUY IT!
