We've all heard the saying, "If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say it," but we realize it's difficult in practice. At some point in our lives we say things that we regret and wish we could take back. So, this quote from the Quran is just a reminder that nothing good comes from shouting. A useful trick I've learned when you're angry or about to send an 'enthusiastic' email with strong words is to simply wait a day. If you feel the same way tomorrow morning, go ahead and hit send, but you'll find that you won't be emotionally invested in telling the other party how you feel. Anyway, it's better to take the high street, it's less crowded.
