Thank you to all of the kind heartfelt and genuine messages we have received. We knew Phil was loved by not only us but the world we shared him with. It is indeed a great loss, but we hold the positives that came from his journey. Many many people contact us to share their story, people are affected in different ways in life and more than meets the eye. People endure different challenges, Phil was stability to many people, he felt like their own and they shared his happiness, it was contagious. In this darkness his light still shines through as bright as ever as more and more people come forward and tell us the positive impact he made on them, helped with struggles or was just their go to pick me up. Our loss is heaven's gain and I'm thankful that through the community we built together we have had the opportunity to share Phil, our family and have helped as many people as we have. Our intention was merely to share our own happiness but to know and truly understand that this dog has generated happiness in others is an amazing feeling and we are so proud of him. Never has a dog touched or been loved by as many. It's a bitter sweet feeling knowing that his life captured in thousands of videos, he's been immortalised and his legacy will endure the test of time continuing to spread happiness and joy. Phil has now joined the league of legends and I'm so glad he has spread so much positivity out there.

Phil actually passed on the 26th of January but we weren't ready to share the news. It takes a very long time to feel some semblance of normality, for your eyes to stop hurting, for the overwhelming emptiness, fear, sadness, anger, guilt, regret and exhaustion to subside temporarily only to have to start again by sharing the story. We knew it was going to be hard but you guys deserve to know too. The sadness that comes from reading all these comments is however outweighed by the positivity they evidence. Thank you to all of you for your ongoing support and your love of Phil, it means the world to us and I know it does to him. He endured a hard time through his own health but there obviously was a plan, he was put here to heal others in ways we didn't know. for one life to have had such a huge and far reaching impact across the globe is amazing, it brings hope.

I also wanted to let you know that Teddy and Niko appear to be doing ok. They are a bit on edge, very jumpy and struggling to settle in the evenings, wanting to go out then back in then out, soft howls all the time. They unfortunately were quite used to Phil going away alone for the day at vets having tests etc but of course not this long, I can't say if they expect or hope he's coming home or if they understand. I feel sorry for them, they seem at a loss. Milo however is and has been acting very upset. he's been hissing, he's pacing around and he would not leave Phil's bed. We moved the bed elsewhere to see and he followed. We washed the sheet and then he left it alone so then we took the sheet off and he was straight back on it.

Amelia has been so upset. It's so hard to try and stay positive for more than just you. She's been clinging to Phil's cuddle clone, want's her Phil book read to her at night, lays in Phil's daybed to watch tv, she plays with her Phil teddy and carries him everywhere talking to him and feeding him at the dinner table (just like she used to!)

Our videos are quite frequently scheduled as we have work, family, and commitments we automate a lot of things. We try to film for weeks ahead so that we can take vacations etc so the videos will still show until such a time. We hope to find the motivation soon to keep filming as I know there is positivity in it. As a whole we're doing ok, time will help as does your heartfelt response, I'm so glad we have others whether that is across the world or down the road, it's a great support and I wanted to thank you again for your lovely supportive messages.

It's a hard situation that all pet parents go through and it will never get easier. I commend all of them past present and future as you are that dog's life, you are their happiness and yet sadly they are only a part of ours. As I say Phil will live on in many many hearts and he will continue to spread happiness.

Thank you Phil for the joy you brought us every step of the way, we loved you whole heartedly and i hope we did you justice. From your family, your pack, until we meet again <3

The news we've been wanting to share with you!

Ahead of our son being born, we've just completed our first children's book and it's EPIC! The attention to detail is amazing on the images and just like Phil, it was made with love.

I don't want to give too much away but it's a Story of difference with classic Phil traits thrown in! We love it and I hope you will too!

We'll do a video update on it soon for you guys but are just finalising everything with a proof copy and hopefully it should be available to purchase next week!!! Exciting times

Below a picture extract from the book of our first furry son looking extra happy!

We'll let you know when we get a copy to show <3
