Based in the South East there is a large variety of game and feral animals such as waterfowls, foxes, rabbits, and deer. There is no shortage of deer with variety from the more commonly seen species such as fallow, red, and chital to the rare hog and sambar deer roaming the private land. There is a large variety of land base fishing on offer or with a short drive to Cape Jaffa's, marina facilities allowing for ease in boat launching. Land base fishing includes jetty, beach, and surf, targeting species from garfish to mulloway. Boating in the shallow seagrasses opens the opportunity to target species in the shallows such as garfish, whiting, squid, and snook. Whilst offshore reefs allow the opportunity to target species such as crayfish, snapper, nannygai, shark, kingfish, salmon, tuna, and many other species.
