With the lecture video I released today, E is for Execution, The Culinary Boot Camp and F-STEP Lecture series is now complete. I have created a Boot Camp video index on Stella Culinary with links to all the videos, plus supporting information, which you can find here: stellaculinary.com/bootcamp.

Also, at the bottom of the index page, are ways you can help support this content, both monetarily, and at no cost to you. Thanks for watching!

Peking Turkey came out pretty damn amazing! Video coming out next week!

Speaking of videos, look for my 45 minute Thanksgiving Q&A lecture to drop this Thursday at noon PST. It was shot at a culinary boot camp around thanksgiving a few years ago, and I just found it in my archives.

Messing around with a Peking Turkey. If everything goes well, it will be turned into an upcoming video for your thanksgiving cooking consideration.

Skip the blanching step with this one pan wonder and "glaze roast" your potatoes to perfection, every single time! Highly customizable, this is a go-to technique you'll be impressing people with for years to come! https://youtu.be/v8faM7ROiX8

Attention BREAD HEADS!! Want to Win a Free Grain Mill so you can take the flavor, aroma, and texture of your breads to the next level?

Now's your chance!

I've been using the Mockmill 100 to make fresh ground flour for my artisan sourdough loafs and boules for the last couple of months and absolutely love it. In fact, I love it so much, I decided to give one away to a random member of the Stella Culinary Community!

To sweeten the deal even further, we'll also be sending some organic whole einkorn and hard winter wheat berries to help jump start your fresh flour grinding game.

Ready for the Catch?

There isn't one. Simply enter to win by following the link below and if our giveaway software randomly draws your name, it's yours! We'll be announcing a winner by July 10th, 2:00 pm.

I just had a crazy idea, let me know if anyone is interested. I'm sitting on an entire series of lecture videos I did at an in person Culinary Bootcamp I held in 2013. This Bootcamp was the basis for the creation of my F-STEP Curriculum.

The class was capped at 12 people, and tuition was $2199 a head (not including hotel room and airfare).

I'm thinking about releasing the videos here, on the Stella Culinary YouTube Channel, free of charge, in hopes that people will watch them, share them, and really embrace my F-STEP philosophy and approach to cooking. I could then do follow up live Q&A segments in the group that would answer 'student questions' and create ongoing discussions.

I think it could be a lot of fun, (and very educational), but I don't know if this is something ya'll are even interested in.

What say you?
