You guys!!! These are some pics from Loweās and Home Depot!! After almost one year we are getting close to finishing the studio to start recording tread & strength videos again!! What a journey! My schedule has been intense especially with my career and working full time on top of family commitments and much more. Still working towards my goals for this channel and happy to report that my schedule is about to loosen up a bit so it will be easier to get the channel going againā¦.letās move together!!

Iām BEYOND grateful for my husband who just seems to be great at EVERYTHING! He supports my dreams and believes in my vision! Couldnāt do this without him! And to my wonderful sister-in-law (she is actually my sister-in-laws sisterā¦.an amazing interior decorator) that helped us come up with the design, helped with the decor, etcā¦.so grateful and appreciative of my crew!! TreadChic was created so that treadmill users of all levels (Walkers, Runners and everyone in between) have a place to go for challenging, effective and fun treadmill workouts, tips, motivation and more. A place to build a true community with others who utilize treadmills in their fitness routine whether you use one in your home or at a gym.
What sets these workouts apart from many other treadmill workouts is that each participant is given guidelines to determine their speed at the start of each workout.
It's important that we keep our treadmills going so that they do not become clothes hangers or items for sale! Eh emm...wink..wink!
