Welcome to The Mad Swine Backyard Barbeque. I'm the Mad Pitmaster Ruben, and I'm here to barbeque, grill, smoke, cook, modify and test anything barbeque related.
This channel was established on January 18th, 2019 but I've been slapping food on the grill and smoking meats as an amateur backyard pitmaster since 2014.
