UB-Xa is now $1,199, down from $1,499, but why?

The entire Behringer team has decided to donate their earnings and even more to the charity "Playing for Change" as they share the vision to empower less fortunate people.

We are offering the UB-Xa for a price way below the actual value. If you can, please consider donating the balance or any amount in between to the foundation, and we will double your donation up to an additional $1,000,000.

We believe there's a musician in every human being. Our mission is to empower those who have not and cannot.

Did you know that there existed an Oberheim OB-Xa clone back in the 1980s? German Electronic Engineering Hoffmann (EEH), in partnership with Synthesizer Studio Bonn, developed a polyphonic analog synthesizer known as the “Banana”.

It bears clear resemblance to the OB-Xa in both its functionality and appearance. One of the main aims of the Banana was to create a synthesizer with similar capabilities to the OB-Xa, but at a more affordable cost, making it accessible at a lower price point for everyone to afford.

Sounds familiar?

Celebrating our Tribers!

Today, we'd like you to meet Michael, who is one of our many truly passionate engineers working on your synthesizers.

Now that the UB-Xa development is complete and the software platform fully mature, we can easily scale and develop poly synths at a much faster rate, as 70-80% of the firmware can be reused.

His team is currently making excellent progress in developing the PRO-16 and UB-X.
We're immensely proud of Michael and his team, who love delivering incredible synthesizers to you.

Please send him and his team some love!

We are incredibly proud of our Indian team. Uli just visited our Bangalore engineering team to express his gratitude for their remarkable passion, dedication and contribution.

In just four months, the team has doubled in size and now includes nearly 60 engineers who help developing the next generation of Behringer products and serving various other brands.
