Suicide in young adults below the age of 35 is the biggest killer.... we need to stop the stigma and have open conversations.
Talking openly about suicide and mental illness has shown to decrease suicide not increase in.
It's uncomfortable, yes, but it's not meant to be nice. Stop the stigma - save lives.
