Have you watched our newest Princesses Pantry? Here is the recipe for our Gluten Free Angel Food cake! ❀️🍰

Separate 11 eggs
Put egg whites into mixer bowl
Add 1 1/2 tsp cream of tartar
3/4 tsp vanillin
3/4 tsp salt
Mix on medium for 7min with whisk attachment

In separate bowl add one cup gluten free flour ( I prefer Pamela’s or
Pillsberry) mix in 3/4 cups sugar with a hand whisk. Mix really well. Set aside

Once your 5min are up turn your mixer to high. Measure our 1/2 cup of sugar. Put 7 min on your timer. Add a little bit of the 1/2 cup of sugar through out the 7 min until it’s gone. This should give you the perfect stiff peeks. Take the bowl out of the mixer, and hand mix in 1/2 cup of your four/ sugar mix until it is all combined. I use a spatula. Don’t be afraid to really mix it. You want the batter to deflate a bit. Fold it in but with muscle.

Once it’s all mixed get a big serving spoon and scoop the batter into your angel food cake pan. Smooth the top. Bang in on the counter. Put it into the oven pre heated at 375. Bottom rack for 40 min. Once done turn the pan over to cool on a cooling rack.
