Part 2 - www.youtube.com/shorts/HCLl2tryJjw Directions ➡️ Jump Rope for 1 minute no matter how slow. After finishing 1 minute do 10 Pushups. Catch your breathe and repeat 5 times. In the beginning you may need to take a good break after your pushups. As you get in better shape, try to take less rest. Another way to push yourself is to only breath through your nose while you jump rope! Do the Program 2-3 times per week. Each week add an extra round if it feels good. Don't push yourself too fast, listen to your body. After around 6-8 weeks of doing this you should be doing 10 minutes of jump rope and 100 total pushups This is just a kickstarter for you to get in shape. When you're feeling unstoppable... do some pulling exercises to balance your physique. Do some squats and hip hinge exercises to train the hips. Enjoy the gains.
