I noticed this in 4 too! I paused the game and what's the creepiest about it as that they are slowly turning to stare at me. Still moving for a moment after I pause. so creepy!

This glitch reminds me of that one glitch in the Sims 4 where whenever you paused the game, the game wouldn’t pause and time kept moving as did the game. It was creepy.
